How to reach
By air
If you are travelling by air then the nearest airport to reach the Chitrakoot Glass Bridge is the Prayagraj Airport in Allahabad. From there the location of the glass bridge is about 117 km away. It would take you around 2 hours and 40 minutes to reach there from the airport. You can take a bus to reach the location. Or else you can also take a car or hire a cab as well to reach there from the airport.
By train
If you are travelling by train then the Chitrakoot Dham Railway station is the nearest railway station to reach the glass bridge. From there the distance of the glass bridge is 10.3 km. And it would take you around 20 minutes to reach there from the railway station. You can easily opt for local transport like rickshaws from the railway station to reach the glass bridge. Architecture of Chitrakoot Glass Bridge

For the construction the authorities first transformed the whole surrounding of the glass bridge. They transformed the area into a verdant oasis boosting natural beauty. Also they further named the whole area as the Kodand Van. Located amidst beautiful landscape it would offer a panoramic view of the whole area that is majestic to look at.
The Ghazipur based Company Pawan Sut Construction Company was in charge of the construction here. It is set amidst the backdrop of the Shabari Waterfall. But then the state authorities soon rechristened the waterfall as the Tulsi Waterfall. The main aim behind this was to pay a tribute to the birthplace of revered Swami Goswami Tulsidas along with the sacred shrine of Lord Shri Rama. All of these shows how the authorities are putting in full effort to prepare the backdrop for the inauguration.
The structure of the bridge here looks like a bow and an arrow. Along with the aesthetic vibe the construction also reflects skillful engineering as well. The bow and arrow shape of the bridge spreads across a length of 25 meters towards the abyss. Further it has a width of 35 meters and stands with the support of sturdy pillars. The load capacity of the bridge is 500 kgs which obviously ensures safety of the visitors here.
