From the excavations, Brahmi script scriptures, Terracotta tiles and silver coins of the Roman Era have been discovered from this location; it is assumed that this place was a major Roman trade site in the past. The location is almost 120 acres wide and it has one congregation hall, many chaitya Grihas, rock-cut water cisterns and a maha stupa. Simhachalam Temple

War Memorial
